Typical skills and experience we value are:

• IT experience in investment banking or asset management
• knowledge of financial markets and asset classes
• skills in analytics, software programming, databases and systems architecture

Training and development

We encourage our staff to learn multiple languages and master different technologies.

We provide materials for developing a thorough understanding of financial products, markets and techniques, and this is supplemented with targeted R&D into topical issues. We set specific tasks that build individuals' skills across disciplines.

We host a regular series of internal workshops, presentations and seminars and encourage our consultants to share their knowledge and project experience.
